LSL CCD always acts on the owner’s behalf as if the property portfolio was our own. We can provide sales and lettings feasibility reports to help you see what the best option for your property is. Each monthly you’ll receive a statement to show you just how your portfolio is performing and our innovative technology allows you to view your portfolio performance in real-time via a web-based portal.
All our reporting is bespoke to meet your requirements, so upon appointment we would present a full suite of reports available for you to select those that you would like producing for your portfolio. We use our reporting to proactively manage client accounts – our dashboards provides an excellent overview of the performance of your lettings portfolio. We will benchmark your account against other client accounts to provide you with useful market insight and our group market statistics, including the LSL Buy to Let Index and the LSL Acadametrics House Price Index.
Acquisition Reporting
Rental and Sales Feasibility Report: This report combines the rental and sales asking and achievable prices along with property comparisons in the area ending with a recommendation whether to sell or rent. Our advice tells you what would be beneficial for the property at that moment in time with the current market conditions.
Pre-Let Reporting
Rental Feasibility Report: This report collates information from two lettings agents with internet research to provide an informative report which highlights the rental potential of your property. Prices expected to achieve, tenant type and demand in that area are all provided. LSL CCD will summarise and provide recommendations.
