Quality Assurance Team
As part of our Operational Team, LSL Corporate Client Department has a dedicated Quality Assurance Team. The Team operates an internal and external audit function, championed by our Quality Assurance Manager.
Estate agents are monitored by our Estate Agency Relationship Officer who is responsible for ensuring a consistently high standard of service from our group and third party independent estate agent partners. Our Supplier Quality Standards Officer closely works with our whole of market panel of maintenance contractors to ensure best value, best quality and best service for all our corporate clients. The Quality Standards Officer takes charge of internal audits and completes the final piece of the Jigsaw by ensuring that our own internal teams and processes are meeting the same high standards we set for our external suppliers. Our Quality Standards and Training Managers are responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance for our lettings division and monitor case handling throughout the duration of a tenancy.
