With a level of insight that you can only achieve from being part of one of the country’s largest residential property groups, LSL Corporate Client Department has a high focus on the changing demands of our clients and market conditions. Clients can benefit from our group relationships with sister companies and we’re constantly keeping a close eye on how changing trends in the market may impact on our business.

Every month LSL Property Services carries out analysis across the entire property sales process and produces a number of reports which we release to corporate clients on an advance subscription basis.

The LSL Property Services / Acadametrics House Price Index, the LSL Buy to Let Index and the e.surv Mortgage Monitor all provide useful insight on the lending market, price expectations for the rental sector and house prices throughout the UK.
