LSL Property Services plc (LSL) is a leading residential property services company in the UK, providing a broad range of services to a wide range of customers across the property supply chain including mortgage lenders, together with buyers and sellers of residential properties.

LSL was acquired from Norwich Union in 2004, through an MBO backed by Barclays Private Equity. The company floated on the main London stock exchange in November 2006 and has current market capitalisation of circa £300m. LSL also owns the YOUR MOVE and Reeds Rains estate agency businesses, in addition to a variety of regional agency brands. LSL also owns The Energy Portal, a provider of Energy Performance Certificates.  The Group purchased the Halifax Estate Agency business from Lloyds Banking Group in January 2010, creating the UK’s second largest estate agency network.

LSL’s operations cover four key areas; surveying, estate agency, corporate services and financial services.
