LSL Corporate Client Department goes back to the floor!

Our people are our biggest asset and keeping in touch with them at the coalface is something we really believe in to help us understand the issues and challenges on the front line of our operation. On Thursday 28th July, we saw Martyn, Carl, Andy, Lucy, David, Craig, Jenny and Andrew don their headsets and take calls from clients in a real back to the floor exercise. The management team spent a day in the life of a Case Handler and the results were a very successful and well received initiative, and we will ensure that the learnings are transformed into positive improvements for our clients.

Although our Back to the Floor day was a serious exercise in the thorough understanding of how each cog in our wheel works, it was also fun and enjoyed by the Management Team and Case Handlers alike. Please see the report card and photos for details on how our ‘new recruits’ performed.
