We’re a close team at LSL CCD, and recognising our people as our biggest asset is fundamental to our core values.
We hold fantastic educational programmes, which include training all our lettings staff to the minimum ARLA foundation level, and a management training programme which spans the course of a year and includes nine modules and periods of home study.
On joining LSL CCD, all our team members undertake a thorough induction programme which helps them understand the values we promote as a business, what they can expect from their employment and also allows them to appreciate the wider group perspective of working for one of the country’s largest residential properties services businesses.
