David has worked in the property business since 1984 starting in Estate Agency and Financial Services before moving to spend 6 years working in the Corporate Client Department of GA Property Services. David was MD of Your Move Lettings for 6 years from 2001 and was promoted to Commercial Director of LSL Property Services in January 2007.

Managing Director, Asset Management – Martyn Alderton

Martyn has almost 30 years experience in Estate Agency and spent a considerable amount of his career involved in developing LSL's group call centre. In 2008 Martyn set up the LSL Corporate Client Department and now, as Managing Director, has overall responsibility for Asset Management.

Operations Director, Residential Lettings - Andy Jones

Andy has held various key management roles within the group over the last 15 years. Starting life as a Branch Manager in Kent, Andy then held Area Management responsibility for 12 branches in South East England and finally appointed to the Your Move Lettings Management Team, as a Business Change & Development Director. Since 2006, Andy has been instrumental in the development of the group's Corporate Client Department and has overall operational responsilibility for the Lettings division of LSL CCD.

Sales Director - Carl Drinkwater

Carl has almost 20 years experience in Estate Agency and spent the last five years in corporate and repossessions. Carl also takes responsibility for managing group estate agency relationships with corporate clients.

Finance Director - Greig Barker

 |
Greig re-joined the LSL Group in November 2007 as finance director for LSL’s asset management & corporate lettings businesses. Greig has also been appointed finance director for other group companies - Linear Financial Services, Homefast Limited and Templeton LPA.
Prior to this Greig worked for eight years at Procter & Gamble, undertaking various roles including managing their UK accounting team & performing a plant finance manager role at a UK beautycare site.
Greig had previously worked for the Group between 1995-99, during which time he was a management accountant in the residential sales & lettings arms of the business.
Greig is a qualified Management Accountant.

Operations Manager – Lucy Jones dipRLM FARLA

Lucy has more than 16 years experience in Lettings having run very successful Your Move branches, before being promoted to help set up Corporate Lettings in 2006. Lucy’s most recent accolade is to have successfully passed the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) Diploma of which to date only 19 people in UK have achieved and consequently being made a Fellow of ARLA. Lucy and her team pride themselves in "going that extra mile" for each of their clients and service delivery is always a top priority. Many clients have already commented on this and we have received several testimonials commenting on the exceptionally high standards of service, which has resulted in further business being provided to other departments within the LSL group.

Operations Manager - David Bond

David has spent more than 20 years working in a variety of sectors within the property industry, starting his career in the grass roots of Estate Agency, moving onto Land and New Homes. In the early 80's he was at the forefront of activities for Lloyds TSB Asset Managers and delivered exceptional service to their lender clients. David has managed the surveying division of Chancellors Associates focusing on operations and quality systems; he built up the successful survey network which in 2006 LSL Property Services acquired. David is the Operations Manager of LSL CCD’s Asset Management division and has been instrumental in driving the business forward to achieving ISO 9001:2008 accreditation.

Corporate Business Manager – Mark Holdsworth

Mark has held key management roles within the financial services and property industries. Mark Formerly worked for Natwest, Bradford & Bingley and joined LSL Corporate Client Department in 2008. Mark is involved in the development of new business for the group and maintaining key relationships at all levels.

Business Development Director, Residential Lettings - Craig Hallam

Craig has worked in the property industry since 1990, principally in a business development capacity in specialist areas such as private sector leasing, corporate acquisitions and disposals and shared ownership partnerships. During his career Craig has operated in both the public and private sections, working for and alongside organisations such as major lenders, central government, housebuilders, charities and other public sector bodies.

Marketing Manager, Surveying and Corporate Services – Monica Daniel

Monica has a varied marketing career which includes multi-channel marketing experience from both agency and client side roles. Having spent more than ten years working in the industry, Monica's specialism in brand management has seen her work nominated at the Marketing Week Awards. Monica joined LSL in 2009 and leads a team which works across the surveying and corporate divisions of the group.
