LSL Corporate Client Department has an extensive database of 
approved contractors that undertake repairs and maintenance work on behalf of our clients. A large proportion of our contractors have worked with us over many years, bringing experience, expert advice and quality workmanship, to all our customers.
Becoming an approved Contractor?
To become an approved contractor we require certain standards to be met when carrying out work for our customers and we expect all contractors to maintain a high standard of workmanship at all times. Furthermore we expect them to operate their business in compliance with Government and Inland Revenue regulations. Contractors are required to adhere to Health and Safety policy and ensure they carry adequate Public Liability cover.

To ensure we have an accurate record of the area you cover and jobs you are able to undertake we would require all new contractors to complete an application form.
Click here to request an Application Form.Once approved, we will also request that you update us with any relevant information relating to changes in your income tax or VAT status, level of Public Liability cover and expiry dates of your policy. If you are CORGI registered we would also like details of your reference numbers and expiry dates of certification.
