It is both logical and intuitive and aids our case handlers in administering their workload from instruction through to completion.

Jigsaw generates follow-ups to ensure that each stage of the process is carried out in a timely manner. It allows us to establish a quick and direct link with our third party suppliers - instructing contractors and agents directly by email, or requesting that they complete web based forms for possession reports and marketing appraisals. What this means is that we can speed up the possession process, and ensures that we get the correct information in a format that is easy to use for our clients.  Jigsaw helps us to run an efficient and virtually paperless operation by storing all documentation electronically – so everything is readily available at the touch of a button.
