Repossession sales are just the tip of a very big ice-berg when it comes to the services on offer from LSL Corporate Client Department. Whilst it forms the biggest part of our business we’re always working with clients to find ways to ensure customers are being treated fairly and that defaulting borrowers have the highest level of support before taking a disposal option. Assisted Voluntary Sales (AVS) is an area that we’re actively developing with many clients as a way to engage borrowers as part of the recovery process. We’re proactively sharing our work with the industry to help shape how the repossession market of the future looks.

The success of our work is based on our ability to openly demonstrate our audit trail. We have a dedicated Quality Assurance Team monitoring all aspects of the sales process and each case-handler is held accountable for not more than 70 individual property cases for one client. The importance of dedicated client teams is never underestimated which makes monthly review meetings more significant in reviewing results and continuously improving service standards.
