LSL Corporate Client Department’s asset management team is experienced and knowledgeable in providing an effective property disposal solution. Working with many of the country’s leading lenders we’ve quickly grown to become one of the industry’s most respected asset managers with a reputation for finding new and innovative ways to support our corporate clients.

Repossession sales are just the tip of a very big ice-berg when it comes to the services on offer from LSL Corporate Client Department. Whilst it forms the biggest part of our business we’re always working with clients to find ways to ensure customers are being treated fairly and that defaulting borrowers have the highest level of support before taking a disposal option. Assisted Voluntary Sales (AVS) is an area that we’re actively developing with many clients as a way to engage borrowers as part of the recovery process. We’re proactively sharing our work with the industry to help shape how the repossession market of the future looks.

Our service proposition is heavily reliant on our commitment to exceed expectations, collaborating to provide complete and innovative solutions and embracing technological advancements to enhance our services. From pre-possession to completion we offer an end-to-end fully managed solution that sees agents challenged and performance managed, contractors benchmarked in quarterly reviews and teams and clients informed with meaningful management information generated via our bespoke IT solution, Jigsaw.

The success of our work is based on our ability to openly demonstrate our audit trail. We have a dedicated Quality Assurance Team monitoring all aspects of the sales process and each case-handler is held accountable for not more than 70 individual property cases for one client. The importance of dedicated client teams is never underestimated which makes monthly review meetings more significant in reviewing results and continuously improving service standards.

Asset management put in simple terms is about selling properties for the best price in the quickest time possible. Whilst we appreciate this as a measure of success we believe that what’s equally important is pioneering innovative ways of working to ensure that we remain adaptable and that service is always of the highest quality.
