Agents and Contractors

LSL CCD we want to ensure that our Agents and Contractors are working to a certain standard to achieve the best service for our clients.  We have a panel of Agents and Contractors who are vetted to make sure they are up-to-date and act in accoradance to the lastest legislations in the industry, thes will also be monitored to remain on the panel.

Contractors

Property that is being rented out can need refurbishment or renovation.  Sometimes a property will need this to make it liveable or a landlord can request this service to obtain a higher rent.   Whilst the property is being let it is our duty to deal with any maintenance issues so these requests from tenants are managed and a suitable contractor will be appointed to deal with these issues.  If you are a contractor and wish to go on the panel please click the contractor tab to find out more. 

Agents

An agent from the specific area of the property will be appointed to market the property.  The agent will receive a fee for finding a tenant and then LSL CCD will fully manage the property.  Using agents that we know operate to a certain standard help us to ensure a top level of service for our client and this usually mean a faster let.  If you would like to join the panel of Lettings Agents LSL CCD use then please click on the agent box above.
